Screenprinting is a form of art, and we take pride in what we do. Quality screenprinting requires climate controlled screen processing, retensionable screens, and experienced textile production artists working to anticipate the result of mixing fabric, dyes, inks and design. Screen printers at LT’s inc. are career staff who take pride in creating the planned results. With 20 years of printing experience, we know how to deliver the best quality and most cost effective product.

We are a green-thinking print shop and do what we can to minimize our impact on the environment. We use soy based cleaners and the following types of inks:

• Reflective 3M Glass Beads
• Plastisol
• Water Based
• Neon
• Puff

We do two kinds of screenprinting jobs:

FOUR COLOR PROCESS: The combination of 4 ink colors (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black) can create every single color in the spectrum. If you have a job requiring more than 6 colors or are looking for a photo-realistic result, four color process is the way to go.

PMS MATCHING: There are hundreds of solid ink colors we can match to the exact colors in your logo or artwork. PMS means Pantone Matching System and is an industry-wide standard we all follow to maintain consistency of color for customers.
